Financials

Provides the facilities required to control your Sales and Purchase Ledger with multi-company & multi-currency as standard throughout. Cash Book, Credit Control and Nominal Ledger integration enables you to produce accurate management accounts as and when required (your accountant would assist in setting up the structure for these management reports e.g. Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet etc).

Supplier payment runs will produce remittance advices along with cheques or BACS payments as required.

Provides the facilities required to control your Sales and Purchase Order Processing requirements, with full stock control facilities. Delivery notes, Invoices are produced to suit your needs, while goods received notes (GRN’s) can be used to check supplier invoices against goods received. Customer/Products discount matrix can be maintained as well as standard quantity break pricing or discounts to provide flexibility in sales prices to your customers. Supplier prices can be held against products for ease of raising purchase orders, which can be raised as back to back purchase orders against sales orders, or as purchase orders for satisfying stock, orders or manufacturing requirements.

Provides the facilities for monitoring your costs and income for contracting. Multiple cost heads can be applied against each contract and budgets set against cost heads. Details are held against each cost head for the costs and income for the life of the contract. Labour time sheet entry enables your labour elements to be applied to any contract.

You will then be able to see which contracts are profitable and which are dragging you down. Integrates with all other suites as required.

Provides the facilities required to control your Manufacturing requirements, creating bill of materials, work centres and routing of production for operations. Works orders are raised and issued to production. MRP (Material Requirements Planning), ICP (infinite Capacity Planning), FCP (Finite Capacity Planning) as well as What If costing can be run against outstanding works orders to provide details of where stock is to be ordered or overtime is required on certain resources to meet the production needs at that point in time.
